Warranty Information

We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our batteries from the date of purchase from the factory.

If a technical issue arises with one of our products, customers are encouraged to contact our support team immediately for professional product support and guidance.

To submit a warranty claim, we’ll ask that you send us photo and video documentation of the faulty battery.
From there, we can either a) provide maintenance instructions and training that will allow you to resolve the issue independently, b) if the battery can’t be fixed, will send you a new replacement battery by free together with your next order.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, or natural wear and tear of the product. The warranty also does not cover any damage caused by the use of non-branded Saphiion products or any other products not manufactred or supplied by Saphiion.
